The National Assurance team in Mumbai is seeking a Manager for Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), specializing in Financial & Accounting Advancements. This role is integral to Assurance's mission of inspiring confidence and trust in a complex world, serving the public interest and supporting economic growth by ensuring compliance, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders.

Our service offerings encompass External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPOs, public offerings, and Corporate Treasury – IFRS 9 accounting and implementation support.

As a Manager, you will spearhead IPO execution from start to finish, overseeing document preparation (DRHP/RHP), due diligence, and successful closure. You'll coordinate regulatory compliance with clients and EY teams, liaising with intermediaries like BRLMs and Legal Counsels. Your role involves contributing to business development through early lead identification and client engagement. You will be responsible for risk management, ensuring compliance with EY's standards and client-specific disclosure requirements. Additionally, you'll lead client and third-party management, assist with post-issue formalities, and advise on regulatory changes. A key aspect of this position is imparting product knowledge to subordinates and peers.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA), be a Chartered Accountant, or a Company Secretary. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
