This role is part of the National Assurance team, specializing in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS).

The Assurance team inspires confidence and trust by protecting the public interest, promoting transparency, and supporting economic growth. We assist clients by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings encompass External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury accounting.

Drive technical excellence in financial reporting, ensuring client accounts comply with requisite audit standards. Provide robust and clear perspectives to audit committees and deliver critical information for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include: - Ensuring compliance with audit standards. - Offering insights to audit committees. - Providing essential stakeholder information. - Supporting clients with IFRS & US GAAP conversions and IPO readiness. - Assisting with complex consolidation structures and ERP implementations.

We seek a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (e.g., CPA, ICAEW, ACCA) with a strong academic record and 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience. Demonstrable expertise in IGAAP, IFRS, and/or US GAAP financial reporting for complex, large companies is essential.

Key qualifications include: - Expertise in complex accounting and financial reporting issues. - An advisory mindset with the ability to develop client solutions. - Business development aptitude. - Specific experience in areas such as transactions, IPO preparation, complex consolidations, tax planning, technical training, revenue recognition, financial instruments, or banking/insurance. - Strong project management and excellent communication skills.
