This role is for a Manager in National Assurance, focusing on FAAS (Financial Accounting Advisory Services) within the Financial & Accounting Advisory practice in Mumbai. National teams operate across various industries, providing a broad professional experience. Assurance's mission is to inspire confidence and trust by protecting the public interest, fostering transparency, and supporting economic growth.

Ensure client accounts comply with requisite audit standards, providing a robust perspective to audit committees and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Key service offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury accounting.

Demonstrate technical excellence with strong IGAAP and/or IFRS and/or US GAAP financial reporting experience. Develop solutions for clients with support from subject matter experts. Showcase business development aptitude, especially for senior roles. Possess specific financial reporting experience in areas like transactions, IPO preparation, complex consolidations, tax planning, technical training, revenue recognition, financial instruments, and more.

Exhibit strong project management and excellent communication skills. Contribute collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Apply a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Embrace agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and creativity.

To be considered for this Manager role, you must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or possess an equivalent qualification such as CPA, ICAEW, or ACCA. A strong academic record, with first or second-time passes in professional examinations like ICAI, is essential.

We require a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial reporting for complex/large companies, ideally within audit, advisory, transaction, or MNC finance/M&A environments. The ability to simplify complex accounting and financial reporting issues for others is crucial.

Desired attributes include an advisory mindset, business development skills, and specific experience in at least one of the following: transactions, IPO preparation, complex consolidations, tax planning, technical training delivery, or specialized financial reporting topics. Strong project management and excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role.
