The National Assurance team works across diverse industries, providing a well-rounded experience. Our service offerings include external audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and corporate treasury accounting.

As a Manager in FAAS, you will manage and execute projects, developing and implementing financial accounting solutions. You will also identify and develop business opportunities, manage client accounts, and mentor junior team members, promoting technical excellence and continuous learning.

Collaboration with other EY service lines on multi-disciplinary projects is key. Additionally, you will contribute to thought leadership and actively participate in marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

To excel in this role, you must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold an equivalent certification such as CPA, ICAEW, or ACCA, with a strong academic record including first/second-time passes for ICAI or equivalent.

You should possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with robust knowledge of IGAAP, IFRS, and/or US GAAP financial reporting in complex or large organizations, preferably within audit, advisory, transaction services, or an MNC finance/M&A setting. The ability to articulate complex accounting issues simply is essential, alongside an advisory mindset for developing client solutions with expert support.

Essential financial reporting experience includes areas like transactions (acquisitions, IPOs, complex consolidations), tax planning, technical training delivery, revenue recognition, financial instruments, and financial services. Strong project management and excellent communication skills are also required. Business development aptitude is expected, with a proven track record for senior roles.
