The opportunity is for a Manager in National Assurance, focusing on FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory Services in Gurgaon. This role is part of a sector-agnostic team, offering a well-rounded experience across industries. Assurance's core purpose is to inspire confidence and trust in a complex world by serving the public interest, promoting transparency, and supporting economic growth. We assist clients by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury IFRS 9 accounting.

Develop and maintain strong technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS, applying accounting standards to complex client scenarios. Manage large-scale engagements, coordinating multiple workstreams within assurance and advisory environments. Provide robust IPO PMO support, including tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring regulatory and accounting readiness. Analyze technical accounting issues to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely reporting. Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting advisory, and assurance processes for high-impact engagements.

A Chartered Accountant qualification is required, with over 5 years of experience. We seek individuals with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful, actionable solutions is essential.
