This Manager role within the National Assurance ASU - FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory Services team in Gurgaon is an excellent opportunity for ambitious professionals.

Our service offerings span External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury – IFRS 9 accounting.

Take the lead in managing and executing client projects, focusing on Basel 3.1 Regulatory Reporting for banks. This includes deep dives into Liquidity Reporting and Capital Adequacy Reporting, adhering to global regulatory bodies like UK PRA/EBA/US FED/RBI/HKMA. You'll be responsible for preparing key regulatory reports such as Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), along with COREP reporting. A critical part of the role involves gaining in-depth knowledge of major treasury products, including derivatives, securities financing transactions, and structured products, and understanding their impact on financial and regulatory reporting within global banking institutions. You will also leverage experience with banking and treasury systems, potentially including Axiom, Murex, or SAP. Developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Test Cases, and Design Documents will be integral, alongside conducting SIT/UAT testing and securing necessary sign-offs. Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in SQL and Power BI are essential.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA, complemented by an MBA in Finance. We are seeking candidates with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in the financial services or accounting sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively, delivering services across multiple client departments while strictly adhering to commercial and legal mandates.
