This role is for a Manager in National Assurance, focusing on Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) within the ASU team in Gurgaon. The National Assurance team comprises sector-agnostic professionals dedicated to providing well-rounded experience across various industries. FAAS plays a crucial role in inspiring confidence and trust by protecting the public interest, promoting transparency, supporting investor confidence and economic growth, and nurturing future business leaders. We assist clients by ensuring their accounts comply with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings span external audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and corporate treasury accounting.

Drive technical excellence by leveraging strong expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS to address complex client accounting scenarios. Lead large-scale engagements and coordinate multiple workstreams within assurance and advisory projects. Provide robust IPO PMO support, including tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring regulatory and accounting readiness. Analyze technical accounting issues and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely reporting outcomes.

Contribute to financial reporting, accounting advisory, and assurance processes for diverse and high-impact engagements. Collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Apply a practical, insightful, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
