This Manager role within National Assurance, specifically ASU - FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory Services, is based in Gurgaon. The National team comprises sector-agnostic professionals working across diverse industries, offering a well-rounded experience. Assurance aims to inspire confidence and trust in a complex world, serving the public interest by promoting transparency, supporting investor confidence, and nurturing future business leaders. Our services include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury IFRS 9 accounting.

Develop and apply strong technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS to complex client scenarios. Manage large-scale engagements and coordinate multiple workstreams within assurance and advisory. Provide robust IPO PMO support, including tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring regulatory and accounting readiness. Analyze technical accounting issues to support accurate, compliant, and timely reporting outcomes. Deliver insightful and practical solutions to client challenges.

Possess a Chartered Accountant qualification and over 5 years of relevant experience. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements is essential. A practical, agile, curious, and mindful approach to problem-solving is highly valued. Adaptability and creativity in approach are key attributes for success in this role.
