This Manager role is within the National Assurance team, specifically focusing on the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) division in Gurgaon. This sector-agnostic team works across industries, providing a well-rounded experience. The Assurance function inspires confidence and trust in a complex world by serving the public interest, promoting transparency, supporting investor confidence and economic growth, and nurturing future business leaders. We assist clients in ensuring regulatory compliance for their accounts, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders.

Manage the end-to-end execution of IPO processes, including supervising document preparation for DRHP/RHP, due diligence, and successful closure.

Coordinate closely with clients and the EY team on all aspects of regulatory compliance. Liaise with intermediaries such as BRLMs and Legal Counsels for deal execution.

Contribute to business development by identifying early leads and ensuring client engagement, supported by the wider team. Ensure risk management and compliance within EY, meeting all legal disclosure requirements from the client's perspective.

Play a lead role in managing client relationships and third parties. Assist clients with post-issue formalities and spearhead responses to various regulatory changes, providing recommendations to EY team members. Impart product knowledge to subordinates and peers.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Company Secretary (CS) qualification.

We require a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
