This role is for a Manager within the National Assurance team, specifically in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) group, based in Gurgaon. National Assurance comprises sector-agnostic teams working across industries, offering a well-rounded experience. FAAS contributes to Assurance's purpose of inspiring confidence and trust in a complex world by protecting the public interest, promoting transparency, supporting investor confidence, and nurturing future business leaders. We assist clients by ensuring their accounts comply with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings include External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering support, and Corporate Treasury IFRS 9 accounting and implementation support.

Exhibit strong technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS, effectively applying accounting standards to complex client scenarios. Provide hands-on experience managing large-scale engagements and coordinating multiple workstreams within assurance and advisory settings. Demonstrate proven capability in IPO PMO support, including tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring regulatory and accounting readiness. Maintain a solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting advisory, and assurance processes for diverse and high-impact engagements. Analyze technical accounting issues to support accurate, compliant, and timely reporting outcomes.

Candidates must possess the qualification of Chartered Accountant and have more than 5 years of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, coupled with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions, is essential.
