This role is for a Manager within the National Assurance ASU FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory team in Gurgaon.

Lead engagements requiring strong knowledge of IFRS and Ind AS for complex financial reporting and accounting advisory. Provide expertise in IPO-related advisory, including financial statement preparation and regulatory readiness. Apply consulting skills to assess client needs and deliver effective accounting solutions. Manage teams and coordinate workstreams across assurance and advisory projects. Build and maintain robust client relationships while ensuring high-quality technical delivery.

A Chartered Accountant qualification is essential, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is key, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
