This Manager role is part of the National Assurance team, specifically within FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory Services in Gurgaon.

The National Assurance team collaborates across various industries to provide comprehensive experience. Within ASU - FAAS, we inspire confidence and trust in a complex world by protecting the public interest, promoting transparency, and supporting economic growth. We assist clients in ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offerings, and Corporate Treasury IFRS 9 accounting and implementation support.

You will be responsible for applying strong technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS to complex client scenarios. This includes hands-on experience in managing large-scale engagements and coordinating multiple workstreams within assurance and advisory environments. A key part of your role will involve providing IPO PMO support, tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring regulatory and accounting readiness. You should possess a solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting advisory, and assurance processes for diverse and high-impact engagements. Your ability to analyze technical accounting issues will be crucial for supporting accurate, compliant, and timely reporting outcomes.

To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with more than 5 years of experience.
