This role is within the National Assurance team, specifically focused on Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) within the Assurance division, contributing to the public interest by promoting transparency and economic growth.

Our services include External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury accounting.

Manage end-to-end IPO execution, including supervising the preparation of IPO documentation (DRHP/RHP) and conducting due diligence. Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams on regulatory compliance, and liaise with intermediaries such as BRLMs and Legal Counsels. Contribute to business development by identifying leads and ensuring client engagement. Ensure risk management and compliance within EY, meeting all legal disclosure requirements for clients. Take a lead role in managing clients and third parties, and assist with post-issue formalities.

Spearhead responses to regulatory changes, providing recommendations to the EY team. Impart product knowledge to subordinates and peers, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled team environment.

This role requires a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Company Secretary (CS) qualification. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is essential.
