Our service offerings encompass External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury functions, including IFRS 9 accounting and implementation.

Drive technical excellence by preparing and reviewing fund financial statements under IFRS/Ind AS or US GAAP for private markets, including private credit, private equity, and real estate funds. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of month-end P&L and NAV, alongside preparing NAV Packs, Board Packs, and Investor Allocations.

Leverage fund accounting platforms like Yardi, Investran, or LemonEdge, and utilize technical skills in SQL, Python, Alteryx, Anaplan, Confluence, and JIRA. Apply strong functional domain experience in private markets, assisting with data migration and transformation as a techno-functional BA.

Execute core capabilities such as requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, leading business testing, and documentation within an Agile framework. Manage daily journal entries, management fee calculations, expense reimbursements, investment valuations, and ad hoc reporting.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles under IFRS and US GAAP. Finalize and consolidate books of accounts for subsidiaries, SPVs, and Prop Cos, including periodic ledger scrutiny and analysis. Process capital calls, distributions, and waterfall distributions effectively.

Work collaboratively in a virtual global team, managing cross-border relationships. Ensure adherence to proper accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial transactions comply with GAAP standards.

Perform middle office functions, including P&L analysis, daily cash projections, FX transfer calculations, and processing client contributions and redemptions. Review general ledger exceptions, identify root causes, and implement necessary adjustments. Accrue daily or monthly non-security related expenses and perform securities pricing analysis.

Regularly review and test control processes to ensure high-quality client service. Develop comprehensive checklists to guarantee completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. Liaise with client service teams, such as fund administrators and valuation experts, to ensure effective communication of financial information to clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in fund accounting and relevant professional qualifications.

Key qualifications include being a Chartered Accountant or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Demonstrable experience in fund accounting is essential.
