This Manager role is part of the National Assurance team, specifically within the FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory Services division, based in Gurgaon. National teams operate across diverse industries, providing well-rounded experiences.

As part of the Assurance team, you will protect and serve the public interest, promoting transparency and investor confidence. You'll help clients by ensuring accounts comply with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Key service offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury accounting.

Demonstrate strong technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS, applying accounting standards to complex scenarios. You should have hands-on experience managing large engagements and coordinating workstreams within assurance and advisory. Proven ability in IPO PMO support, including managing deliverables and dependencies, is essential. A solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting advisory, and assurance processes for high-impact engagements is required. The ability to analyze technical accounting issues and support accurate, compliant reporting is also key. A Chartered Accountant qualification with over 5 years of experience is necessary.
