To excel in this role, you should possess experience in EU/UK PRA FINREP Regulatory reporting for global banks, with the ability to articulate complex IFRS accounting effects clearly. A strong background in IFRS financial reporting for large banks and a solid understanding of UK/EU FINREP guidelines, IFRS standards (particularly IFRS 9), and financial statement consolidation are essential.

An advisory mindset and business development aptitude are valued.
Proficiency in financial systems like SAP or Oracle, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, are crucial. You must be adept at driving discussions with onshore stakeholders in the UK, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and demonstrating high attention to detail and accuracy.
