ASU-FAAS focuses on ensuring compliance with audit standards, offering clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings span External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and corporate treasury accounting.

Drive technical excellence by providing expert accounting advisory on complex topics like business combinations, consolidations, share-based payments, and financial instruments. Coordinate with on-shore teams, conducting research on U.S. GAAP and IFRS pronouncements. Effectively manage projects, ensuring smooth information flow and cross-functional collaboration. You will engage in all project stages, from initial client discussions to audit closing. Develop strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills. Research client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Flexibility to travel on short notice is essential.

Your role involves accounting and regulatory support for changes and special matters, white paper writing, and providing comprehensive technical guidance. You will conduct research and analysis on accounting issues, document findings, and propose solutions. This includes preparing financial statements, developing accounting policies, and supporting audit processes.

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in Assurance, including at least 3 years in Financial Accounting and Advisory. A proven track record in an advisory role, managing teams of 20+ people, and advanced skills in technical accounting matters, including whitepapers on IFRS 15 and 16, are crucial. Experience in GAAP conversion across different standards like IFRS and US GAAP is required. Prior hands-on consulting experience with a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm as a solution or service line lead is highly valued.
