Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) help clients ensure compliance with audit standards, provide clear perspectives to audit committees, and deliver critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings include external audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO services, and corporate treasury support.

Manage and execute FAAS projects, developing and implementing tailored solutions for clients. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, managing client accounts effectively.

Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering technical excellence and a commitment to continuous learning. Integrate seamlessly with other EY service lines for multidisciplinary projects.

Contribute to thought leadership within the firm and actively participate in marketing initiatives. Regular travel will be essential to engage with key clients, some of whom are industry leaders.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (e.g., CPA, ICAEW, ACCA) is mandatory. A strong academic record with first/second-time passes from ICAI or equivalent is preferred.

Possess robust experience in IGAAP and/or IFRS and/or US GAAP financial reporting within complex/large organizations, ideally within audit, advisory, or transaction verticals, or in a multinational corporation's finance/M&A division.

Demonstrate strong advisory skills, with the ability to develop client solutions with support from technical experts. Business development acumen is key, with a proven track record expected for senior roles.

Possess excellent communication and project management skills. Specific experience in at least one of the following areas is highly desirable: transactions, IPO preparation, complex consolidation structures, tax planning, technical training development, or specific financial reporting topics like revenue recognition or financial instruments.
