This Manager role within the National Assurance team in Bangalore focuses on Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), specifically in Financial & Accounting Advancement.

As a Manager in Assurance, you will ensure client accounts comply with requisite audit standards, provide a robust perspective to audit committees, and deliver critical information to stakeholders. Your role will involve managing and executing client projects, developing and implementing digital solutions, and potentially contributing to service offerings like External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury accounting. You will also be responsible for creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Test Cases, and Design Documents, and overseeing SIT/UAT testing to secure necessary sign-offs.

We are seeking candidates with a CA qualification (or equivalent such as CPA/ACCA) and 5-7 years of relevant experience. Essential qualifications include strong experience in Regulatory Reporting for Banks, covering Liquidity Reporting and Capital Adequacy Reporting in compliance with global regulators (UK PRA/EBA/US FED/RBI/HKMA). You should have hands-on experience with preparing reports like Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), and COREP. A deep understanding of major treasury products and their reporting impacts, experience with banking and treasury systems, and proficiency in SQL and Power BI are crucial. Excellent communication and project management skills are also required.
