We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Supply Chain & Network Operations team in Bengaluru. This role is integral to leveraging the o9 platform to drive functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology. You will play a key role in enhancing our supply chain and network operations capabilities.

Responsibilities include configuring the o9 platform, understanding its data model, and providing expert support in supply, demand, and integrated business planning. You will create and execute test cases, perform unit testing, and present solutions to business users. Participating in the full project lifecycle from design to delivery of o9 solutions to clients across various industries and geographies is also a core aspect of this role. Engaging with stakeholders to understand customer requirements through workshops and documenting processes is essential.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in UI development using the o9 platform, specifically with Supply Chain Planner and Supply Chain Solver (SCS), is required. Expertise in IBPL, Procedures, and various o9 functional objects (Action Button, Plug-in, Graph, Reports) is crucial. A deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, S&OP, and solver functionalities is expected. Functional knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Management and the o9 Solver (SCM, LPS) is also necessary, along with familiarity with o9 Integrated Demand planning/management and the o9 Platform Architecture. A BE/B.Tech qualification is mandatory, and an MBA is preferred.
