You will gain deep insights into customer requirements by actively participating in workshops with functional and business owners, meticulously documenting process needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the o9 platform configuration, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Analyze and understand the o9 platform's data model structure, including table linkages and optimal design principles.

Provide essential support for o9 in the critical domains of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Integrated Business Planning.

Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and workflows to document resolved issues effectively.

Conduct unit testing and present demonstrations of solutions to business users.

Engage in the full project lifecycle, from design to the delivery of o9 solutions for clients worldwide.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document customer requirements through detailed workshops.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in UI development utilizing the o9 platform, specifically with Supply Chain Planner and Supply Chain Solver (SCS).

Demonstrate expertise in IBPL, stored procedures, and various o9 functional objects such as Action Buttons, Plug-ins, Graphs, and Reports.

Possess a deep understanding of core supply chain planning concepts, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, S&OP, and heuristic/optimization-based solvers.

Apply functional knowledge to End-to-End Supply Chain Management and o9 Solvers (SCM, LPS).

Exhibit proficiency in o9 Integrated Demand Planning and Management.

Understand the o9 Platform Architecture.

Hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology (BE/Tech) qualification. An MBA is preferred.
