We are seeking a results-oriented professional to oversee sales targets, inventory management, and execution across our distribution network. Your expertise will be key to maintaining optimal stock levels, resolving supply chain constraints, and enhancing distributor service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives that directly impact business performance and customer satisfaction.

Drive the achievement of zonal primary and secondary sales targets, ensuring profitable growth. Monitor distributor inventory, sales performance, fill rates, stockouts, and sales losses via the Supply Chain Control Tower. Ensure availability of key SKUs and promote comprehensive product range selling across distributors and markets. Proactively identify inventory risks and implement timely replenishment strategies to maintain inventory norms and service levels. Collaborate with sales, depot, logistics, and plant teams to address supply constraints and improve execution efficiency. Track SKU-level exceptions, prioritize critical gaps, and ensure prompt resolution of supply issues. Lead initiatives focused on reducing stockouts, improving fill rates, minimizing sales losses, and enhancing overall distributor service. Conduct regular business reviews, providing leadership with clear visibility into sales, inventory, service, and execution KPIs. Own the P&L performance for the zone by effectively balancing growth objectives with service levels, inventory management, and operational costs.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related discipline is required. Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain, sales operations, distribution, logistics, planning, or customer service, ideally within FMCG/CPG environments. Demonstrate strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities. Proven experience working with CPG/FMCG companies, specifically in sales and supply chain execution, digital dashboards, control towers, and data-driven decision-making. Exhibit a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive successful execution across multiple locations.
