Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as a Manager in the o9 APS practice, based in Ahmedabad. This strategic leadership role focuses on driving client engagements, expanding revenue, and developing the practice while ensuring exceptional delivery. Lead client engagements, focusing on revenue growth and practice development within the APS domain. Responsibilities include driving business development, building C-level client relationships across diverse industries, and shaping opportunities for large-scale supply chain transformations.

Oversee end-to-end program delivery for planning transformation initiatives, including process design, KPI definition, and value realization tracking. Ensure high standards of quality, adherence to timelines, and profitability throughout project lifecycles. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on supply chain best practices and digital transformation strategies.

Contribute to building and scaling a high-performing consulting team. This involves mentoring and developing consultants, driving capability building, creating assets, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Support the development of industry insights, whitepapers, and solution accelerators, staying at the forefront of digital supply chain trends.

This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting and supply chain transformation, with deep functional expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, IBP, and Inventory Optimization. Previous experience in consulting firms or APS practices is highly valued.

Demonstrated experience across at least two strong industry domains such as FMCG, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Industrial Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas is essential. Prior client-facing roles and program leadership in end-to-end APS implementations, S&OP/IBP transformations, and network planning are critical.

Familiarity with leading APS platforms like BY, o9, IBP, or Kinaxis is required. Strong executive presence, exceptional stakeholder management, and influencing skills are paramount for success. Experience in a global consulting environment is preferred.
