Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Manager, contributing to innovative supply chain and network operations solutions. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and enabling long-term growth through cutting-edge technology.

You will analyze existing customer BY solutions, facilitating migration to Cognitive Planning. This involves leading business process analysis and design, culminating in the creation of functional specifications.

Your expertise will be vital in designing and building customer Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and demos in collaboration with presales and solution demo teams. You will also develop reusable templates and artifacts to streamline implementation lifecycles, reduce post-go-live errors, and enhance support operations.

Drive business process analysis and design, crafting detailed functional specifications. Design and build customer PoCs and demos, working closely with presales teams.

Create templates and artifacts to promote reusability, automation, and efficiency in implementation and support. Prepare and deliver presentations to various audience levels, including users, management, and executives.

Assist Project Managers with planning efforts and communicate business cases for future product enhancements. Develop and execute test scripts to validate software against customer business objectives.

Ensure effective knowledge transfer to customer project teams and act as a thought leader in your product solution area. Provide expert advice on industry best practices and process methodologies, offering non-technical support during go-live periods.

We seek candidates with 8+ years of hands-on experience as an architect or business consultant in supply chain solutions. Prior experience with BY/JDA/i2 solutions or implementing similar platforms is preferred.

An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is ideal, though a Bachelor's degree combined with relevant industry experience may be considered. Familiarity with multiple i2/BY/JDA solutions (e.g., Demand, SCP/ESP, Fulfill, S&OP, IO) is essential.

Demonstrable experience with supply chain planning solutions like i2/BY/JDA, or alternatives such as O9, Kinaxis, Oracle, or SAP is required. Experience in demand and supply planning for Manufacturing or Retail industry segments is highly valued.

Proficiency in AI/ML algorithms, time series forecasting, and understanding of databases, Snowflake, Azure, SaaS platforms, and DevOps operations are key. Strong business analysis skills, including statistical and machine learning algorithms, SCM concepts, and tactical planning awareness, are crucial for success in this role.
