Join our dynamic team as a Manager in Supply Chain & Network Operations, based in Noida. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise technology excellence and enabling innovation within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. You will be instrumental in assessing and migrating customer BY solutions to Cognitive Planning, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced functionality.

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in supply chain planning and enterprise technology to guide clients through complex transformations. You will contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that optimize supply chain operations and drive long-term growth for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth business process analysis, designing and building Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and demos, and developing reusable templates and artifacts to streamline implementation lifecycles. You will prepare and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, assist project managers with planning, and create detailed project plans.

Furthermore, you will develop and execute test scripts to validate BY software functionality, design functional specifications for modifications and enhancements, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to customer teams. You will also provide expert advice on industry best practices, process methodology, and non-technical support during go-live phases, ensuring system integrity and user satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as an architect or business consultant in supply chain solutions. An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is preferred, though a Bachelor's degree combined with relevant industry experience may be considered.

Demonstrated understanding of various i2/BY/JDA solutions (Demand, SCP/ESP, Fulfill, S&OP, IO) and their configuration is essential. Experience with AI/ML algorithms, R, Python, and an understanding of databases, Snowflake, Azure, and SaaS platforms are also highly valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are critical for success in this role.
