Lead and manage a team of 6+ engineers, fostering an open and collaborative environment. Drive continuous improvement in team productivity, product quality, and processes. Provide career development opportunities, mentorship, and build effective succession plans.

Collaborate with Product Management, Security, and Compliance partners to deliver secure and reliable software. Interact with various engineering teams (XD, Devops, Tech Support, Release) to develop and release products fulfilling product owner requirements. Facilitate necessary trainings and determine staffing needs for scrum teams.

Responsible for hiring software engineers, mentoring, training, and motivating the team to enhance technical skills. Drive annual performance reviews and participate in campus/industry hiring drives. Resolve customer issues per SLAs and ensure timely delivery of committed features.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering or a related field. Bring 9+ years of software development experience in a technical leadership role.

Demonstrate expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a foundational understanding of modern web frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. Proficiency in Java or C# is essential. Experience with AI development tools such as Cline and Codex, along with creating agents/skills, is required.

Showcase expertise in designing complex solutions, conducting code reviews, and providing architectural input on cross-team projects. Familiarity with the testing pyramid, automation, code coverage, continuous integration, performance, and security testing is crucial. Deep understanding of agile methodologies and scrum team management is mandatory.
