Join Deloitte as a Senior Consultant and SAP Project Manager in Bengaluru. You will drive SAP implementation and transformation projects, aligning with customer's project/product and IT/Business organizations. This role requires executing project management functions including issue, time, cost, risk, communication, quality, resource, and session management. You will lead project teams to develop and launch new product initiatives, plan and manage multiple related projects, and conduct cost/benefit analyses. Developing measurement processes for project progress and outcomes is also key.

Lead SAP Implementation & Transformation projects, managing project management aspects like issues, timelines, costs, risks, communication, quality, resources, and sessions.

Develop and launch new product initiatives by leading project teams. Plan and manage multiple related projects, including budget estimation and resource allocation.

Assist in developing measurement processes to assess progress and project outcomes. Understand customer requirements, business processes, and SAP solution landscapes.

Create and execute detailed project plans, adhering to SAP project methodologies. Coordinate and lead SAP consultants and support resources effectively.

Report and escalate progress and issues to management and executive levels. Manage project scope, resources, budget, and schedule to ensure team members meet deadlines and follow guidelines.

Utilize strong critical-thinking skills to solve complex problems and facilitate decisions. Direct, manage, and motivate project teams in multi-vendor and multi-country environments.

Handle escalations and conflicts within the project team. Leverage experience in stakeholder management, change management, communication planning, risk mitigation, and cutover planning.

Prepare project status updates, handle steering meetings, phase exits, and project meetings. Experience with MNCs/International clients and working in a multi-geography environment is essential.

Minimum 8-12 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in project management.

Proven track record leading at least 2 end-to-end SAP Implementation projects.

Strong functional knowledge in SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM. Experience in ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW, and HCM is excluded.

Must have hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC. Strong project management skills are essential.

Experience working with multinational corporations (MNCs) and international clients.

Proficiency in Project Management Tools. Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Certifications like PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or Prince2 are preferred. Good leadership, inter-personal, and motivational skills.

Experience in Cloud Solutions and working within MNCs across multiple geographies.

Familiarity with Activate Methodology is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) or an equivalent qualification.

Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Experience with agile, lean, and DevOps approaches such as XP, Kanban, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation.

Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with all organizational levels. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.

Must be flexible to travel.
