Lead significant SAP implementation and transformation initiatives, aligning technology with customer project and business objectives. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and innovation through enterprise technology.

As an SAP Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, including issue, time, cost, risk, communication, quality, resource, and session management. You will be responsible for developing and launching new product initiatives, planning multiple projects, and conducting cost-benefit analyses.

This position also involves estimating budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful and timely project completion. Developing measurement processes and methods to assess progress towards goals and project outcomes will be a key responsibility.

Drive SAP Implementation & Transformation projects, aligning with customer's Project/Product, IT, and Business organizations.

Execute comprehensive project management tasks: Issue, Time, Cost, Risk, Communication, Quality, Resource, and Session Management.

Lead project teams in the development and launch of new product initiatives.

Plan and manage multiple related projects, including cost-benefit analysis and estimation of budgets, timelines, and resources.

Develop processes and methods for assessing progress towards project goals and outcomes.

Coordinate and lead SAP consultants and support resources effectively.

Report project status and escalate issues to management and executive levels.

Manage project scope, resources, and schedule to ensure team members meet deadlines and follow guidelines.

Utilize strong critical-thinking skills to solve problems and facilitate decision-making.

Direct, manage, and motivate project teams in multi-vendor and multi-country environments.

Handle escalations and resolve conflicts within the project team.

Demonstrate expertise in stakeholder management, change management, communication planning, risk mitigation, implementation, and cutover planning.

Prepare project status updates, manage Steering Meetings, Phase exits, and Project meetings.

Minimum 8-12 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years specifically in project management.

Proven track record of successfully leading SAP Implementation projects, having managed at least two end-to-end implementations.

Essential: Strong functional knowledge in SAP Modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM. Experience in ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW, and HCM is excluded.

Mandatory experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC.

Solid project management skills are required.

Experience working with MNCs or international clients is a must.

Proficiency in using Project Management Tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Certifications like PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or Prince2 are preferred.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational abilities.

Experience with Cloud Solutions is beneficial.

Experience in MNCs with multi-geography operations.

Familiarity with Activate Methodology.

Bachelor’s in engineering (preferably Computer Science) or an equivalent degree.

Good knowledge and experience in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Understanding and experience with agile, lean, and DevOps approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, TDD, CI/CD, automation).

Ability to professionally and tactfully interact with all organizational levels.

Flexibility to travel is mandatory.
