Lead SAP Implementation and Transformation projects, aligning with client objectives and IT/Business organizations. Execute comprehensive project management duties, including issue, time, cost, risk, communication, quality, resource, and session management. Spearhead project teams in developing and launching new product initiatives, planning and managing multiple projects with detailed cost-benefit analysis, budget, timeline, and resource estimations.

Understand intricate customer requirements, business processes, and solution landscapes. Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring adoption of SAP project methodologies. Coordinate SAP consultants and support resources, and report progress effectively to management. Manage project scope, resources, budget, and schedule, ensuring team adherence to deadlines and guidelines. Demonstrate strong critical-thinking for problem-solving and facilitate sound decision-making.

Lead, manage, and motivate project teams in multi-vendor, multi-country environments, adeptly handling escalations and conflicts. Utilize extensive experience in stakeholder management, change management, communication planning, risk mitigation, implementation, and cutover planning. Prepare and present project status updates, manage steering committee meetings, phase exits, and project reviews.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-12 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years in project management. Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP Implementation projects (at least 2 successful implementations) is essential.

A strong functional understanding of SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, or QM is mandatory. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC is required. Candidates should possess robust project management skills and have prior experience working with MNCs or international clients.

Familiarity with Project Management Tools, excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills are crucial. PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or Prince2 certifications are preferred. Strong leadership, inter-personal, and motivational skills are highly valued, alongside experience in Cloud Solutions and Activate Methodology.

An engineering degree (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent is required. Proficiency in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency is expected. Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and DevOps approaches is beneficial. The ability to professionally interact with all organizational levels and excellent coaching and mentoring skills are key. Flexibility to travel is a must.
