Lead the delivery of digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives, overseeing the complete project lifecycle from requirements to deployment. Translate business objectives into robust technology solutions and manage program roadmaps. Drive stakeholder engagement, coordinate with vendors, and ensure effective program governance.

Facilitate sprint ceremonies and champion agile delivery methodologies. Prioritize backlogs and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams. Realize business value through strategic initiatives and maintain high service standards for new and existing platforms, products, and AI capabilities.

A minimum of 10–14 years of project or program management experience in technology environments is required. A strong technical understanding encompassing application development (web/mobile), APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms, and DevOps basics is essential.

Familiarity with integration and architecture concepts like APIs, Middleware, Microservices, and ETL processes is crucial. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery are necessary. The candidate must be adept at translating business requirements into actionable technical plans and facilitating agile ceremonies.
