Oversee the complete software development lifecycle for complex IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project charters and plans, including detailed scope, budget, and schedule baselines. Establish robust project governance, meticulously monitor progress, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Provide clear, concise delivery reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile/Scrum teams, facilitating ceremonies and mentoring team members on Agile principles. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine user stories and prioritize backlogs. Champion the adoption of DevOps practices, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines to enhance delivery efficiency. Participate in larger Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe.

We require 8 to 12 years of professional IT experience, with a minimum of 6-8 years in a Project Manager and Scrum Master role. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E/B.Tech) combined with an MBA is preferred.

Essential skills include a strong understanding of SDLC phases, Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, and knowledge of other agile, lean, and DevOps approaches. Proficiency in project management tools like ADO, Monday.com, Jira, MPP, Clarity, or PowerBI is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and critical thinking are also crucial. Flexibility for travel is a must.
