We are seeking an experienced Manager in Business Analysis with strong business interfacing capabilities and a keen understanding of value generation within the finance sector. This role focuses on finance transformation and strategy, requiring a strategic thinker adept at identifying and driving business value.

Ideal candidates possess a solid foundation in business analysis principles, coupled with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and foster strong business partnerships. The position demands hands-on experience with the Veeva Quality One system.

Key responsibilities include precisely capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, encompassing health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability. You will translate business needs into actionable functionality, assess risks and impacts of solution options, and model processes, data flows, and technology to identify improvement opportunities.

Further duties involve creating and maintaining clear documentation, ensuring requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle, and coordinating with software suppliers, designers, and developers. This includes configuring software and processes using agreed standards, defining acceptance criteria, and validating solutions through testing.

This role requires 5 to 10 years of dedicated experience in business analysis. A strong command of core business analysis skills, stakeholder management, business partnering, and elicitation techniques is essential. Hands-on experience with the Veeva Quality One system is a must.

Proficiency in process modeling tools like MS PPT or Visio, and requirement life cycle management tools such as Microsoft VSTS/JIRA, is expected. The position also involves the ability to mentor and coach junior business analysts, demonstrating mastery in business analysis techniques, agile delivery, software requirements, and requirement analysis & design definition.
