Seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with robust business interfacing skills and a keen understanding of value generation within the finance sector. This role focuses on finance transformation and strategy, requiring a strategic mindset to identify and drive business value.

Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of business operations and financial processes, coupled with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable insights and technical requirements. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to significant financial strategy initiatives.

Key responsibilities include precisely capturing business problems, value drivers, and detailed functional/non-functional requirements, encompassing health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability. You will translate these business needs into tangible functionality, assessing risks, feasibility, opportunities, and impacts of various solution options.

Further duties involve assessing and modeling current processes, data flows, and technology to pinpoint areas for improvement. Creating clear, updated documentation for requirements and ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle are also critical. Collaboration with software suppliers, designers, and developers to deliver system and database elements, alongside configuring and documenting software and processes using agreed standards, will be essential.

You will also be responsible for creating acceptance criteria and validating solutions through defining and coordinating testing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

We are looking for professionals with 5 to 10 years of dedicated experience in business analysis, demonstrating a strong command of core business analysis principles. Essential hands-on experience with the Veeva Quality One system is mandatory.

Candidates must possess strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities, along with proficiency in elicitation techniques. The ability to mentor and coach junior Business Analysts is highly valued. Mastery in Business Analysis Techniques, Agile Delivery, Software Requirements, and Requirement Analysis & Design Definition is expected.

Familiarity with Process Modelling Tools (MS PowerPoint or Visio) and Requirement Life Cycle Management tools (Microsoft VSTS/JIRA) is required. A 4-year degree related to IT is a prerequisite for this role.
