Lead a team of Business Analysts to analyze and evaluate business challenges, developing effective solutions and managing the product backlog to meet business requirements. Ensure stakeholders understand the impact of changes, drive the creation of data dictionaries, and document business processes. You will support UK and European business projects, encompassing the full lifecycle of business analysis activities and maintaining superior client service through strong relationship management.

We are looking for professionals with 8-12 years of Business Analysis experience, including significant leadership roles. Essential skills include understanding complex business issues and their technical implications, proven team leadership, strategic thinking, expertise in business architecture, and exceptional stakeholder management. You should possess advanced problem-solving skills, a data-driven approach, and knowledge of Agile, SAFe, or Lean delivery models.
