We seek a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of Business Analysis experience, including significant leadership experience. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex transformation programs is essential.

Possess a strong strategic mindset, capable of operating at both enterprise and delivery levels. Deep expertise in business architecture, capability modeling, and process transformation is required.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior executives. Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities, driven by a data-centric approach, are key.

A solid understanding of Agile, SAFe, Lean, or hybrid delivery models is necessary. Familiarity with Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Investment Management domains is highly valued.
