Lead a team of Business Analysts in analyzing business problems and developing strategic solutions. Ensure the product backlog is well-defined and aligned with business needs. Communicate the impact of changes to the team and stakeholders. Oversee the creation of data dictionaries and documentation of business processes. Manage the full spectrum of business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with business contacts to ensure excellent client service. Address and support UK and European business projects for new and existing products. Drive solution discussions and produce comprehensive solution design documents. Define project scope, approach, and produce detailed specifications. Ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose and meet business requirements.

Possess 8-12 years of Business Analysis experience, with substantial senior/leadership level exposure. Demonstrate proven experience in leading teams and delivering complex transformation programs. Exhibit a strong strategic mindset, capable of operating at both enterprise and delivery levels. Deep expertise in business architecture, capability modeling, and process transformation. Showcase exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives. Apply advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach. Have a solid understanding of Agile, SAFe, Lean, or hybrid delivery models. Apply strong SQL query writing skills and experience in analyzing data impacts. Demonstrate experience in writing API contracts in Swagger. Experience in business process re-engineering, analysis, and user requirement gathering is essential. Proficiency in producing functional specifications documents (FSDs) and Solution Design Specifications. Strong documentation skills for standard SDLC artifacts like SRA/SDS are required. Familiarity with Agile methodology and user stories is beneficial.
