This role focuses on leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI, data, and technology solutions. You will be instrumental in translating business objectives into robust, scalable technology roadmaps and managing delivery backlogs. Ensuring seamless alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams is paramount.

Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from defining requirements and designing solutions to identifying AI use cases, implementation, testing, and deployment. Key responsibilities include fostering strong stakeholder engagement, coordinating with vendors, maintaining program governance, and employing agile delivery methodologies to ensure business value is realized. Excellent relationship management is essential for supporting strategic initiatives and upholding service standards across platforms and products.

A minimum of 10-14 years of project or program management experience in technology environments is required. Essential skills include deep Asset Management domain knowledge, strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, and experience delivering Data, Cloud, or Analytics programs in enterprise settings. Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, modern data engineering concepts, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data integration, and data platform architectures is crucial. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, project planning, tracking, and governance frameworks are expected.
