We are seeking a BFSI Program Manager with robust Asset Management expertise. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives. Your mandate includes translating business goals into scalable tech solutions, managing program roadmaps, and ensuring seamless alignment between business stakeholders and technical experts.

The position demands oversight of the entire project lifecycle, from defining requirements and designing solutions to identifying AI use cases, implementation, testing, deployment, and effective change management. You will be instrumental in fostering stakeholder engagement, coordinating with vendors, maintaining strong program governance, and driving agile delivery to ensure significant business value realization. Exceptional relationship management is key to supporting business and technology stakeholders, driving strategic projects, and upholding high service standards across all platforms and AI-enabled capabilities.

Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements definition, solution design, AI use case identification, implementation, testing, deployment, and change management. Drive stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination to ensure project success. Maintain robust program governance and champion agile delivery methodologies. Ensure the realization of business value through strategic technology initiatives. Build and nurture strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders. Support and maintain new and existing platforms, products, and AI-enabled capabilities.

A minimum of 10–14 years of experience in project or program management within technology environments is essential. Demonstrate strong Asset Management domain knowledge. Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience delivering Data, Cloud, or Analytics programs in an enterprise setting. Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, and modern data engineering concepts. Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data integration, and data platform architectures. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, project planning, tracking, and governance frameworks. Capability to translate business requirements into actionable technical execution plans. Prior experience in large-scale transformation programs is a significant advantage.
