- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering digital transformation, AI, data, and technology projects. - Translate business goals into scalable technology solutions and manage program backlogs. - Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including AI use case identification and implementation. - Drive stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and ensure agile delivery principles are followed. - Facilitate workshops, training, and ceremonies to enhance agile capabilities. - Support Agile Release Train launches and Quarterly Planning events. - Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Mentor leaders on portfolio agility and drive mindset shifts.

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology delivery programs. - Proven hands-on Agile Coaching experience with strong SAFe implementation background. - Expertise in coaching squads, Agile teams, and enterprise-level Agile Transformations. - Demonstrated experience in defining Agile frameworks, governance, and operating models. - Must hold a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification. - Strong skills in stakeholder and executive management are crucial. - Experience in assessing current working methods and designing agile adoption strategies. - Ability to deliver Agile and Scaled Agile training effectively. - Deep understanding of various agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, and Scrum@Scale. - Excellent facilitation and influencing skills to achieve alignment across different levels. - Creative problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments. - Experience creating and delivering Agile training materials.
