As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for assessing and improving agile maturity across teams, providing training to Scrum Masters and Product Owners on agile practices, and facilitating value stream identification and mapping. You will align organizational goals with execution at portfolio, ART, and team levels, support ART launches, and drive Kaizen events for efficiency improvements.

Key duties include establishing Lean Portfolio Management groups, conducting large-scale agile workshops, defining revised organizational structures based on agile principles, and managing stakeholder relationships, change initiatives, and benefits realization. You will champion agile behavior and mindset, coach leaders on servant leadership, and leverage diverse agile facilitation and coaching techniques to enhance agile practices and tools. Additionally, you will lead the development of a culture promoting DevOps principles for continuous value delivery and conduct team agility assessments to identify areas for improvement.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 8-14 years of overall experience, including significant time as a Scrum Master and 3-5 years in Agile Coaching. A full-time MBA or Engineering degree is required, along with software development experience. Candidates must have led or co-led at least one enterprise-level SAFe implementation.

Proficiency in various agile, lean, and DevOps approaches such as XP, Kanban, TDD, CI/CD, and automation is essential. Strong coaching and facilitation skills at portfolio, ART, and team levels, coupled with a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics, and organizational culture, are vital. Experience implementing scaling agile frameworks and driving a learning culture through workshops and gamification is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client-facing experience, and a base location in Delhi/NCR are required. Experience in the Automotive/Auto-ancillary industry is preferred.
