You will be responsible for assessing and enhancing agile maturity, coaching teams on agile practices, and facilitating value stream identification and mapping. This includes aligning organizational goals with execution at portfolio, ART, and team levels, as well as leading ART launches and Kaizen events for efficiency improvements.

You will also work with leadership to establish a Lean Portfolio Management group, conduct extensive SAFe workshops, and define revised organizational structures based on agile principles. Effective stakeholder management, influencing project governance, driving change management, and ensuring benefits realization are key components of this role.

Furthermore, you are expected to model agile behavior, coach leaders in empowerment and servant leadership, and utilize various facilitation, mentoring, coaching, and teaching techniques. Leading the development of a culture that embraces DevOps principles for continuous delivery and scanning the external environment for new agile trends are also crucial duties.

We are seeking candidates with 8-14 years of overall experience, including significant time as a Scrum Master and 3-5 years in Agile Coaching. A full-time MBA, Engineering degree, or equivalent is required, along with software development experience.

Proven experience leading or co-leading at least one enterprise-level SAFe implementation is mandatory. While not essential, certifications such as SAFe, LeSS, CSP, PSM-II, CEC, SPC, ICP-ACC, or ICP-ATF are advantageous.

Demonstrated knowledge of agile, lean, and DevOps approaches like XP, Kanban, TDD, CI/CD, and automation is necessary. Strong coaching skills across portfolio, ART, and team levels, coupled with a robust understanding of facilitation, training tools, group dynamics, and organizational culture, are essential. Experience with product backlog management tools and client-facing roles is highly desirable. While the base location is Delhi/NCR, a willingness to travel to client offices is expected.
