The Finance & Performance team equips CFOs and finance leaders with strategic roadmaps and actionable solutions. We aim to create tangible impact at both organizational and market levels.

Collaborate with teams to analyze client operations, collect data, and brainstorm solutions for optimal operating models.

Assist finance organizations in resolving complex issues and enhancing business value.

Advise clients and finance executives on strategies and capabilities for enterprise-wide decision-making, improved finance operations, and strengthened stakeholder management.

Contribute to Finance Strategy by assessing current performance, identifying improvements in operating models, processes, and technology systems. Help build finance transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.

Requires hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, particularly in Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management, or similar use cases. A minimum of 10 years of experience and any graduation are necessary.

Possess a strong background in consulting roles focused on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies is required.

Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced formulas for developing client mock-ups is essential. Anaplan Model Builder Level 2 certification is highly desirable.

Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with client teams in client-facing roles. Must be capable of working effectively remotely and possess a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude. Willingness to travel is also a requirement.
