Equip CFOs and finance leaders with strategic agendas and implement solutions for market impact.

Key areas of focus include: - Finance Strategy: Assessing current performance, identifying improvements in operating models, processes, and technology. - Business Process Re-engineering: Recommending and standardizing processes across finance functions for cost-effective, technology-enabled operations. - Fast Close and Reporting: Optimizing month-end closing and reporting processes for faster internal and external disclosures. - Value Engineering: Defining performance measures and KPIs aligned with business strategy. - Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting: Standardizing and enhancing planning processes.

Proven hands-on modeling experience with Anaplan implementations, focusing on areas like Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management. Demonstrated strong background in consulting roles with a focus on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies. Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas for developing client mock-ups. Completion of Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder Certification is essential. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and client-facing roles. Ability to work effectively in remote settings. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and a positive, proactive attitude. Flexibility to travel extensively outside of the base location.
