Join a leading firm as an Anaplan Manager, focusing on Finance Transformation and Business Finance. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence, innovation, and long-term growth through enterprise technology.

As a Manager, you will make significant contributions to enhance our clients' competitive positions and performance. This involves delivering distinctive, innovative, and sustainable solutions. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex financial challenges and unlocking greater business value.

Collaborate closely with teams to analyze client operations, gather data, and brainstorm strategic operating models. Provide expert advice to clients and Finance executives on developing strategies and capabilities for enterprise-wide decision-making, optimizing finance operations, and enhancing stakeholder management.

Equip CFOs and Finance leaders with a strategic agenda and deliver impactful solutions. Key focus areas include Finance Strategy, Business Process Re-engineering, Fast Close and Reporting, Value Engineering, and Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting. You will help assess current performance, build transformation roadmaps, standardize processes, and implement effective performance measures.

Candidates must possess hands-on modeling experience in Anaplan, specifically in Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management, or similar use cases. A strong consulting background with a focus on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning is essential.

Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies is required, along with proficient use of advanced MS Excel for developing client mock-ups. Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder Certification is a plus. Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles, the ability to work effectively remotely, a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to travel are crucial.
