We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate closely with teams, analyzing client operations, gathering data, and developing effective solutions. You will be instrumental in advising Finance executives on strategies and capabilities to enhance decision-making, streamline finance operations, and strengthen stakeholder management.

Our Finance & Performance team empowers CFOs and Finance leaders with a strategic agenda, delivering impactful solutions. We focus on key areas like Finance Strategy, Business Process Re-engineering, Fast Close and Reporting, Value Engineering, and Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting to create tangible impact.

Collaborate with teams to analyze client operations, gather data, and propose optimal operating models. Assist Finance organizations in addressing complex challenges and delivering increased business value. Advise clients and Finance executives on strategic initiatives and capabilities for enterprise-wide decision-making, improved finance operations, and robust stakeholder management. Drive impact within client organizations and at the market level by equipping CFOs and Finance leaders with a strategic agenda and innovative solutions. Focus areas include assessing finance function performance, identifying improvements in operating models, processes, and tech systems, and building finance transformation roadmaps. Re-engineer and standardize business processes for cost-effective operations utilizing technology. Enhance month-end closing and reporting processes for faster financial cycles. Define effective performance measures and KPIs to align business focus with strategy delivery. Standardize and improve planning processes for budgeting, planning, and forecasting.

Possess hands-on Anaplan implementation experience, particularly in Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, or related use cases, with over 10 years of experience and any graduation. Demonstrate a strong background and experience in consulting roles focused on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies is required. Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, for developing client mock-ups. Completion of Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder Certification is highly desirable. Ability to communicate effectively with client teams and in client-facing roles. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting. Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude. Willingness to travel outside of the base location is essential.
