Provide expert advice to clients and Finance executives on strategies and capabilities for enterprise-wide decision-making, improving finance operations, and strengthening stakeholder management. You will equip CFOs and Finance leaders with a strategic agenda and deliver impactful solutions.

Key areas of focus include: - Finance Strategy: Assessing current finance function performance and identifying improvements in operating models, processes, and technology systems to build finance transformation roadmaps. - Business Process Re-engineering: Evaluating and recommending improvements for finance-related business processes, standardizing and simplifying them for cost-effective operations with technology. - Fast Close and Reporting: Enhancing month-end closing and reporting processes to accelerate financial reporting. - Value Engineering: Defining effective performance measures and KPIs to align the business with strategy and business plans. - Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting: Standardizing and optimizing planning processes.

A strong background in Anaplan modelling, including financial forecasting, supply chain planning, HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management, or similar use cases is essential. Consulting experience focused on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning is highly valued.

Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced formulae for mock-up development is required. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies is beneficial. Candidates with completed Level 2 Anaplan Model Builder Certification are preferred. Excellent client-facing communication skills, the ability to work effectively remotely, a strong sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude are crucial. Willingness to travel out of the base location is also a requirement.
