Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team in Bengaluru as a Manager specializing in AMS Support & Delivery. This role focuses on Enterprise Technology & Performance, driving functional excellence and innovation. We are seeking an experienced OpenText Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge of OpenText Content Server (OTCS), xECM APIs, and integration technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a development-centric background, featuring hands-on experience with APIs, AnswerModules, and enterprise integrations, with minimal involvement in infrastructure tasks. This position offers a significant opportunity to shape and implement advanced enterprise content management solutions.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining solutions leveraging OpenText Content Server (OTCS/OTCM) and xECM for SAP. You will work extensively with xECM APIs, REST APIs, and AnswerModules, building and integrating solutions via REST APIs and web services. Development and support of custom AnswerModules and API-based integrations are crucial. Collaboration with business and technical teams to architect scalable solutions, troubleshoot application-level issues, and provide SME guidance are essential. Ensuring adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization is paramount.

This role requires a strong command of the OpenText Stack, including hands-on development with OpenText Content Server (OTCS/OTCM) and OpenText Archive Center (OTAC). Expertise in xECM for SAP Solutions (configuration and API-level integration) and OTDS configurations (LDAP, Entra ID, SAML) is essential. Proficient experience with AnswerModules, xECM APIs/REST, and tools like GCI Power Tools, VILT, IRIS, Syntergy is expected. Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP web services, and integration technologies such as Kafka and webMethods is required. Experience with batch and ETL processes using Talend or Control-M, core Java, SQL (Oracle/MS SQL), API development, and Unix/Linux environments is necessary. Basic to intermediate shell scripting skills are required. While not mandatory, exposure to CI/CD is preferred. An education background including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is expected.
