As an Engineering Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Conversational AI Platforms, including voice and chat solutions. You will drive Agile execution through meticulous planning, prioritization, dependency, and risk management to ensure predictable delivery, high-quality outcomes, and operational excellence.

Your technical leadership will involve designing and implementing AI-powered chatbot and voice bot solutions, promoting cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, Terraform, and Shift-Left practices to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant systems.

You will be instrumental in accelerating AI adoption across products and business processes, leveraging Generative AI and intelligent automation, while championing Responsible AI and AIDLC practices.

Effective stakeholder management with Product, Architecture, Security, and Business teams is crucial for delivering results. You'll manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and executive communications, aligning technology execution with business objectives and customer needs.

People leadership involves mentoring engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will also be involved in hiring, performance management, and talent development.

We require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates should possess 9+ years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years in technical or people leadership roles, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver complex enterprise applications and programs.

Key technical expertise includes hands-on experience with Conversational AI platforms like Amazon Lex and Google Dialogflow, building Chatbots, Voice Bots, and Virtual Assistants, and integrating AI with CCaaS Platforms. Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript, along with experience in CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and cloud-native architectures, is essential. A solid understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, and Shift-Left engineering practices is also expected.

Experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise settings, understanding AIDLC and Responsible AI principles, and familiarity with LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks are valuable. Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban) and excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills are vital. The ability to balance delivery commitments, innovation, and technical excellence is a core requirement.
