Spearhead the development and orchestration of Conversational AI and Agentic AI platforms, leveraging AWS services like Lex, Bedrock, and AWS Strands.

Key responsibilities include building voice and chat bots, developing agentic AI applications, mastering intent modeling, conversation design, prompt engineering, and NLU concepts. You will also drive LLM application development, focusing on tool/function calling and agent workflows, while adhering to all company policies and directives.

A graduate degree or equivalent experience is required. You must possess hands-on expertise in building production-grade Generative AI applications with Amazon Bedrock, and experience developing AI agents using Bedrock AgentCore and AWS Strands. Proficiency in LLM orchestration frameworks, tool integrations, and multi-agent workflows, along with implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures is essential.

Essential skills include a strong command of AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch. Familiarity with AI development accelerators like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT is also a must. Optional experience in prompt engineering, model evaluation, securing enterprise AI agents, optimizing LLM agents for performance and cost, and monitoring production AI systems is highly valued.
