Lead the technical delivery of cutting-edge AI and HPC infrastructure across the India and APAC regions. This role focuses on managing a team of specialists to build and deploy some of the world's most advanced AI/HPC systems. You will be instrumental in revolutionizing deep learning and data center capabilities.

As a key leader in NVIDIA’s Infrastructure Specialist Team, you will oversee a team of Senior Networking Solutions Architects and technical specialists. Your responsibilities include ensuring end-to-end technical control for all InfiniBand, HPC, and AI cluster delivery projects. The role demands a blend of people leadership, technical oversight, and customer-centric delivery, aligning with NVIDIA’s strategic goals and maintaining high standards of technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Leverage your deep expertise in AI technology and full-stack data center technologies to guide the team and ensure successful project outcomes. This position is crucial for driving innovation and maintaining NVIDIA's leadership in the AI and HPC space.

Manage and develop a high-performing technical team, overseeing the complete people management lifecycle. Provide comprehensive technical control for all InfiniBand, HPC, and AI cluster delivery projects within the region.

Oversee the design, deployment, and operational reliability of large-scale AI/HPC infrastructure for both new and existing customers. Lead technical decision-making for complex delivery projects, resolving critical technical challenges.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, optimizing workflows for network provisioning, system design, and automation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery strategies with NVIDIA’s product roadmap.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners across India and APAC, acting as the technical leadership point of contact for large-scale projects. Ensure team adherence to technical best practices and quality requirements, while driving accountability for project timelines and customer satisfaction.

A Bachelor's degree (BS) or equivalent professional experience in a relevant technical field is required, with a preference for advanced degrees (MS/PhD). Possess over 10 years of progressive technical experience in data center infrastructure and at least 5 years of people management experience leading technical teams.

Demonstrate a strong technical background in NVIDIA DC products, GPU-accelerated infrastructure, and full-stack data center technologies. Deep understanding of AI technology and its integration with DC infrastructure is essential.

Expertise in networking fundamentals, data center architecture, and InfiniBand networks, with hands-on experience in large-scale HPC/AI environments. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent customer-facing and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and partners. A solid understanding of the India business model is crucial for addressing unique technical and business requirements. Proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvement.
